Today we come at 6 am 😑 so we are on campus at 6 o'clock. When we arrive, we just take the ingredients that have been prepared, see what is missing or there are some who want to be added so that later the food will be brought to the restaurant. , food must be ready at 9. Arriving on campus I use an apron, store a small knife, spoon and pen in an arm bag. after finishing I want to take the ingredients that we have prepared in the walking chiller in the inventory warehouse behind the kitchen. I walked there and it turned out that the warehouse was still closed. yes it's closed and it's 7 😂😂. apparently the warehouse key was in my friend, he got it in his pocket. I hurried to the warehouse and took the ingredients and started making tomato sauce, we finished the tomato sauce, then we continued to make fried noodles. the two menus are part of our group for Indonesian breakfast. and for the continental breakfast we made french bread that had been made yesterday, so we just need to warm it up.
the food is all out. we oneline in the kitchen pastry, Mr. Iical came and gave us a brief direction. then we start GC. Today's GC is faster than usual starting at 11 . and that's the sign going home sooner. and indeed it is true at 1:30 p.m. we go home.
