my group was divided into 2 parts because we worked 2 meals, which part 1 for main course beef rice bowl and second for dessert num chak kachan namely me and 3 other friends.
Num chak kachan is a typical Thai cake but just like the layers of cake in Indonesia that we usually get in traditional cake sellers, the difference in Thai cakes is more solid than Indonesian layer cakes which tend to be chewy-thick like that.
The recipe makes Num Chak Kachan
NUM CHAK KACHAN |
Ingredients :
- rice flour
- tapioca flour
- coconut milk
- water
- salt
- food coloring
- mix all ingredients except the coloring.
- divide the dough according the colour you want.
- prepared the steamer heat it and wait until boiled.
- we use baking sheet for this and before used, coat with plastic brush with oil.
- put the baking sheet into the steamer and pour the first mixture according to the thickness.
- cook until 5-7 minutes or if the mixture is not wet it can be poured again the next mixture with different colors. repeat the steps until the dough runs out.
- if it has been made it can be cut and served.
back again at 1:30 a.m. for a massive GC that we usually do on Friday, because Friday is tomorrow's holiday.
our seniors started dividing us to GC. at 2 GC it started, we started cleaning until it didn't feel when it was about to finish all the maghrib, the kitchen was clean and we oneline returned a brief briefing by Pak Jaya and went home.
