Hallo how are you? if i good. today campus again still at practical week, but today is special because we start praktek at 9 am and today is actually a holiday, but no problem maybe if i stay at home i'm not do anything 😂.
At 9 am we oneline and come in pastry kitchen and Sir Ical directing us to make Pie dough and sugar dough. and our senior dissolved us to prepare the ingredients. after ingredients and utensil we wil use ready, we start to make it with heart 💕😁.
after that our senior showing us how to make bechamel sauce filling for Pie Dough and pastry cream filling for sugar dough. then we start doing it. Meanwhile the Pie and Sugar dough will be baked half cooked. The pie and sugar dough half cooked we can filling with the sauce and bake it again until cooked.
While waiting Pie and Sugar dough cooked we start to General Cleaning. senior divide us according the section.
