7.30. we came wearing theoretical clothes and carrying practical clothes.
After finishing the ceremony, we change our practice clothes and complete the attributes. Then waiting for everything to change clothes and oneline. Today's activity starts with praying and waiting for Mr. Iical. Iical came and explained what continental breakfast the menu would be made about.
Then the division of groups into 2 major parts of the group, namely the continental breakfast group and the English breakfast group, each group also has a sub group, each consisting of 3-4 people. If my group gets in group 1, which makes continental beeakfast and the menu that my group makes is french bread.

To use french bread, we use ingredients such as flour, salt,
yeast and water. All dry matter is put into a dough mixer after the ingredients
are mixed with the water, enter slowly and keep stirring until the mixture is
smooth. After we have fermented it for 30 minutes. Then after fermentation the
dough is shaped and proofed again for 15-20 minutes. The dough is bake at 200
degrees Celsius. French bread has been bake and cut into pieces and stored in
baskets that have been decorated in such a way.
Then
when the prayer arrived, we Muslims who went to the mosque immediately. After
that we returned to the oneline kitchen, we exchanged stories with seniors
about their training. And at 2 we started dividing the kitchen section for GC.
