Hallo.. back to practical week again. Today, our activity start with oneline at 8 am, our senior call us one by one for checking grooming and tools and our bags stored in a loker. In the pastry kitchen we are make a line and prayed.
Maybe at 8:30 am Sir Ical direct all to clean the floor and wash all plates, bowl, glass, and toples in the storage. after cleaning, we continue the puff pastry that has been made 2 weeks ago. the dough we take it from freezer, and formed into 5 models that is : pinwheel, cream horns, napoleon, patty shells and turn over. and we break for sholat dhuhur.
After sholat Dhuhur we continues to models the dough and bake it with temperature 200 derajat ceelcius. while waiting for the dough to finish baking, our senior showing how to make Pie dough and Sugar dough. the puff pastry finish to bake and we General Cleaning in the kitchen.
