Today is last practice this week because tomorrow is Friday 🤣. Practice today is about how to make Choux A'la Creme.

As Usual in the morning i arrived on campus before 8 o'oclock, but i haven't had breakfast so i have a breakfast on campus. at 8 o'clock we oneline front of kitchen for absen, cheking our grooming and tools, and oneline in pastry kitchen. While waiting for Sir Ical we introduce our self to senior because they had come from they Training. And they also tells his experience over there.

Sir Ical had come our senior prepared the ingredients for make choux, the ingredient ready so Sir Ical shows how to make it. After showing we do it.
ingredients for Choux :
  • water 500 ml
  • butter 250 gr
  • soft flour 300 gr
  • hard flour 70 gr 
  • milk powder 5 gr
  • egg 625 ml


How to make it is easy, heat the milk but not until boiling and pour the butter if the butter melted pour flour and stir it until everything is mixed and not sticky again. after that mixer the dough until the heat is decreases and pour egg mix it until soft. modeling choux with piping bag and make it like this:


After that we bake it. And after bake it make a hole little in under the choux and fill with pastry cream.

At 2 pm we oneline again for GC, our senior divide us to cleans in pastry area.
