How are you all friends? alright huh, the day is very tiring for me, we are preparing for the 1.2 rotation menu today which will be brought to the restaurant, yesterday the ingredients have been prepared so today everything is cooked / baked / fried. my group made potato au gratin, sole muniere fillet, and glazed root vegetable. later this is presented in one plate arranged as beautifully as possible and then taken to the restaurant according to the order. there are two people who guard the border restaurant kitchen. the one in charge is 2 people who menu today for dessert. the menu that comes out today is macedoine of vegetable, minestrone soup, fillets of soul meuniere, potato au gratin, glazed root vegetables, choux ala creme, and hard roll.
after that we prepared more ingredients for the 1.3 rotation menu tomorrow. but tomorrow is off and still enter if my study program is practicing. so it's possible tomorrow that we only eat it so no one is taken to the restaurant. well my group has a schedule for dessert and it turns out that the ones who prepared it are other groups, but I don't feel good with them, they have already made a portion of the batter hahah. there is confusion from the supervisor so that's how it is ... after that we rested the prayer and continued to prepare a little and GC.
