Then today the 1.3 rotation menu is my turn to make a dessert menu that was originally used, because Bika Ambon was very difficult to make so it changed its menu to Doko-doko Cangkuning. doko doko cangkuning is a typical Makassar dessert that is from tribe Bugis.

RECIPES MAKE DOKO_DOKO CANGKUNING
ingredients :
for fillings:
- brown sugar 500 gr
- 150 ml of water
- grated coconut 1
- salt to taste
- pandan leaves 1 piece
- brown sugar shredded and crushed with water, cooked.
- freshly added grated coconut salt and pandan leaves stir until blended while cooking. after all mixed, turn the stove off and cool. then the round shape of the dough.
- white sticky rice 125 gr
- salt to taste
- 125 gr coconut milk
- pandan coloring
how to make it:
- in a stainless bowl pour the sticky rice flour and salt stir until smooth.
- Enter the coconut milk slowly while stirring until it is solid to form round. then add the coloring dye according to the desired color. the shape of the dough becomes flattened then fill with the fillings that have been made before then round it all over (this process is the same as the process of forming the nastar cake). do it until the dough runs out.
- then prepare water in the pan and heat it to boil after boiling enter the mixture that has been formed until the mixture rises to the surface and then lifted.
- 250 gr rice flour
- 50 gr white sticky rice flour
- sugar 50 gr
- 800 ml coconut milk
- salt to taste
- vanilla flavoring
- Pandan leaves
- banana leaves to wrap the doko-doko
- mix all ingredients and heat until the mixture cooks, he will clot.
- then take the banana leaves and then fill the green mixture then coat it with a white dough and wrap it until it's covered. do it until the dough runs out.
- then steam for 15-20 minutes
- doko-doko cangkuning is ready to be served.
